Talk about a punch of color! To make this papel picado, a type of Mexican folk art, Melanie of You Are My Fave stacked squares of tissue paper before stamping out patterns using the Martha Stewart Crafts Circle Edge Punch. She then strung them into a colorful banner that would be welcome at any fiesta, and she did it all in just five minutes. The party-ready leftovers? Heaps of homemade confetti!
