Sharpen your culinary skills this weekend with Martha’s new PBS show, “Martha Stewart’s Cooking School.” With each episode, she’ll break essential techniques down to basics — giving home cooks the building blocks to master any recipe and improvise in the kitchen (the holy grail of cooking, if you ask us). Tune in starting this weekend for weekly episodes dedicated to everything, including the proper egg-poaching technique, homemade sauces, roasting veggies (without the guesswork), and preparing the perfect chicken. Class is in session!

I can not find this on the Rochester, NY or Syracuse, NY PBS Very angry at them.It is time for Big Bird and everyone else to not be supported by the government. It should be totally private. Then I would not have this problem!

I’m tempted to say that your first PBS Cooking School episode was “eggcellent”, but I wouln’t want to engage in a bad pun. (grin)
I really did like it though, and look forward to future episodes.

Will we be able to watch the new TV show online? PBS in our area did not carry the show. I’m disappointed.

1/2 hour each week on PBS is simply not enough Martha, and/or Lucinda… please try to develop additional air time

What happened to Martha’s show on Hallmark?
Once a week on PBS, it’s not enough for me; I even loved to look at the re-runs(that show is so informative and entertaining!!!)
I never miss an episode if I could help it!
I hope in couple of months, the producer will add more air time for Martha’s show etc….

Why did they take off your show? Don’t know if I have PBS here. I think Hallmark made a big mistake!

I too miss the mix of topics on the Martha show, as well as interaction with well chosen celebrities and mentions of what’s happening now in Martha’s life. I’d like to see a daily half hour version without a studio audience.

Martha’s show presented such good information on a variety of topics in a comfortable format. So hoping her show and Lucinda could make a comeback. Very disappointed in the new programming.
