Summer is officially under way and we’re all buzzing about what we’ll be reading at the beach. Warm weather has us excited for lazy afternoons spent lounging in lawn chairs, sipping cool drinks, and plowing through good books.

Martha Stewart Living staffers may be desk-side as opposed to poolside, but we have decided to bring the books to us! We’re pleased to kick off our very first interoffice book club. Each month we will select a book to share with you. We’ll post our pick at the beginning of the month and invite you to read along.

Stay tuned over the course of the next few weeks for updates. We’ll put up teaser questions for your own book club and at the end of the month, you can join our big discussion. We’ll post interesting points from our book club gathering and the ideas that we had to translate the plot from page to party!
